Lee and his team were brilliant! We have used Lee for many years as he has swept our chimney annually. We have always had an open fire but decided after a discussion with him to install a multi fuel log burner. A date and time was set! The three of them worked so hard to install a liner in our chimney having built a scaffolding tower. It was also spotted that some of our lead flashing had come away from the chimney breast which we would never have known about. They fixed that too! We have quite an ornate fire surround and the care taken to integrate the wood burner into it was amazing. It looks like it was just meant to be there. We wish we had installed a new burner years ago, it lights so easily, doesn’t smoke when there is a down draught, no spitting on the carpet and we are burning less fuel, a win win! In addition we had recently had a new LPG boiler fitted and the temperature in our downstairs radiators took longer to get hot, Lee’s expertise again came into play, he sorted that one too! Both the before installation and after contacts have been great. Robin & I would highly recommend LDC Logburners, Lee and his team have a gold star from us!

If the rest of the building industry worked with as much quality and efficiency as Lee and Kirk we would live in utopia! From quotation to installation, the process was effortless and reassuring. Bought a Woodburner to install in our hearth. Lee and his team were very knowledgeable, particularly Kirk. They removed our condemned has fire, capped the supply. Removed the old fireplace, plus a few tonnes of rubble. New burner installed, choice of oak beam installed, perfect service. Thanks guys.

Lee and his team went out of their way to fit me in and made several visits ahead of time to make sure everything went smoothly before removing an old flue, replacing it with a new safe one and adapting the air intake from outside to the a log burner. Thanks for checking in since and creating the one nice spot in the entire building. Totally recommend.

Having been told in the past that we could not have a log burner installed, our excellent chimney sweep told us that he believed we could have one and he recommended Lee Comer.. We contacted Lee and he visited, told us it would be possible and advised us on the most suitable stove to purchase. He even agreed to pick up the stove for us. They were extremely professional and courteous and were finished by lunchtime. They even lit the burner before leaving!! We are delighted with our burner and it’s installation and cannot recommend Lee and Kirk highly enough. Excellent job!! Thank you both so much.
